We help established executives clarify their next business and build the positioning, brand, and digital presence behind it. Whether you’re preparing while still employed or have already stepped away, we work with you from direction through launch.
Whether you’re pursuing consulting, advisory work, real estate, or another business, we help you bring the direction and the practical foundations together.

You may already have a business in mind. You may be weighing several possibilities, drawing on your career, your interests, or something you have wanted to pursue for years.
We help you choose a direction and work through the questions that matter: who it serves, what you can offer, and how to test whether people want it. You have the conversations. We review what you learn together and refine the direction.
Then we bring the positioning, brand, website, and essential digital systems together around what you have decided to build.
One engagement, delivered in three stages. We agree the direction and positioning with you before the build begins.
We bring your experience, interests, and existing ideas into focus. Where the direction needs testing, we help you identify who to speak with and what to ask. You have the conversations; we review what you learn together and refine the direction.
